1. User Eligibility

  • A secure and efficient system for booking rides and parcel deliveries.

3. Booking & Cancellation Policy

  • 3.1 Booking Process
  • Users book rides or parcel deliveries through the Smyati platform.
  • Travelers list their route, pricing, and availability.
  • Once confirmed, both parties are expected to honor the booking, unless a valid cancellation reason is provided.
  • 3.2 Cancellation & Refunds
  • Cancellations may incur penalties, depending on timing.
  • Repeated cancellations or no-shows may result in account suspension.
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to Smyati’s Refund Policy.

4. Payments & Fees

  • Payments are securely processed via third-party payment gateways.
  • Service fees may apply, and they will be displayed at checkout.
  • Users must ensure their accounts have sufficient funds before transactions.
  • Travelers must set and confirm their rates before accepting bookings.

5. User Responsibilities

  • For Travelers
  • ✔ Possess a valid driver’s license and operate a roadworthy vehicle.
    ✔ Ensure passenger and parcel safety.
    ✔ Handle disputes professionally or contact Smyati Support.
  • For Riders & Senders
  • ✔ Provide accurate pickup and drop-off details.
    ✔ Avoid sending illegal or hazardous items.
    ✔ Communicate respectfully and handle disputes fairly.
  • General Responsibilities
  • ✔ Comply with local transportation and delivery laws.
    ✔ Report suspicious activities to Smyati Support.
    ✔ Respect other users’ privacy and time.

6. Prohibited Activities

  • 🚫 Transporting illegal or restricted items.
    🚫 Providing false information or impersonating another person.
    🚫 Using the platform for fraud, harassment, or abuse.
    🚫 Manipulating the system using bots or scripts.
  • Violations may result in account suspension or legal action.

7. Liability Disclaimer

  • 🔹 Smyati acts solely as a connecting platform between travelers and riders.
    🔹 We do not provide insurance for rides or parcel deliveries.
    🔹 We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
    🔹 Users are solely responsible for their transactions and interactions.

8. Account Suspension & Termination

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts if:
    ✔ A user violates these terms.
    ✔ Fraudulent or illegal activities are detected.
    ✔ A user receives excessive complaints.
    ✔ An account remains inactive for an extended period.
  • Users may request account deletion via Smyati Support.

9. Intellectual Property

    🔹 Users may not copy, distribute, or modify any content without permission.
10. Changes to Terms & Conditions
  • We may update these terms from time to time.
